How to make a Boulevardier· 3 min
- 1Add the bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe, or a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- 4Express an orange twist over the drink and drop it in.
Bartender tip: Many bartenders nudge the bourbon up to 45 ml (as here) so the whiskey isn't buried by the Campari — try a higher-proof bourbon for even more backbone.
