How to make a Dirty Martini· 3 min
- 1Chill a martini glass.
- 2Add the vodka, dry vermouth and olive brine to a mixing glass with ice.
- 3Stir for 30 seconds (or shake if you like it cloudy and ice-cold).
- 4Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with green olives on a pick.
Bartender tip: Use the brine from a jar of good-quality olives — it's the main flavour here. Swap vodka for gin for a more aromatic version.
