How to make a Tequila Sunrise· 2 min
- 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
- 2Add the tequila and orange juice and stir.
- 3Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside of the glass so it sinks to the bottom.
- 4Don't stir — let the colours form a sunrise gradient. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
Bartender tip: Freshly squeezed orange juice makes a big difference, and a real pomegranate grenadine tastes far better than the artificial red syrup.
