How to make a Negroni· 2 min

  1. 1Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. 4Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

Bartender tip: Equal parts is the rule, but a quality sweet vermouth makes the biggest difference. Swap gin for bourbon to make a Boulevardier, or Prosecco for a Negroni Sbagliato.
