How to make an Aperol Spritz· 2 min
- 1Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- 2Pour in the Prosecco first, then the Aperol (this stops the Aperol sinking to the bottom).
- 3Top with a splash of soda water.
- 4Stir gently once and garnish with an orange slice.
Bartender tip: The classic ratio is 3-2-1: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol, one part soda. Use a dry (Brut) Prosecco to balance Aperol's sweetness.
