White Russian
The Dude's favourite — vodka, Kahlúa and cream.
How to make a White Russian· 2 min
- 1Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- 2Add the vodka and Kahlúa and stir briefly.
- 3Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
- 4Serve with a stirrer so the drinker can mix it in.
Bartender tip: Lightly whip the cream for a few seconds first — it floats more easily and gives a velvety layer. Made famous by The Big Lebowski.
