How to make a Gimlet· 3 min
- 1Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker.
- 2Fill with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
Bartender tip: The original gimlet used Rose's lime cordial — use 30 ml of cordial in place of the lime and syrup for the old-school version.
