How to make a Cosmopolitan· 3 min
- 1Add the vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime juice to a shaker.
- 2Fill with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds.
- 3Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel or a flamed orange twist.
Bartender tip: Use a citrus vodka for the original 1980s South Beach style, and keep the cranberry to a splash — it should be pale pink, not red.
